Ordered three weeks before Xmas received at tracking number which was never acknowledged by the USPS. After several calls leading up to the holiday, still no package and finally they credited my account for unreceived merchandise. Did some research and found the same item and received within four days. No high shipping charges just good customer service.
I would not recommend this company since what they promise you and what doesn't get delivered on that promise are very different.
I ordered a flying squirrel stuffed animal from stuffedsafari.com on 8-13-20. The description on the site indicated it measures approx. 12 inches and had a picture. I received a flying squirrel that measures 16 inches and wasn't the same item in the picture. Disappointing. I got a full refund but won't order from them again.

Unfortunately, we don't have any control over what is posted on the discount code sites, but if you want to call our customer service team toll free at 866-534-6604, they would be happy to give you the current code that is available when you call.
